Brand New Apartment In The Heart of Melbourne!

This short / long term accommodation is a three bedroom (3 x Queen beds), two bathroom fully furnished apartment. A car park is included in the rental.

For your peace of mind and safety, the apartment includes a secure entrance.

Featuring a full kitchen with dishwasher, should you wish to dine in or cook. You are provided with basic cooking utensils and cutlery for six people. A coffee / expresso machine is also provided along with a full sized fridge.

The lounge is equipped with LCD TV and CD player with iPad/iPod dock.  The dock will support playback and charging of iPod/iPhone 4/4S and earlier model). The iPhone 5, iPads and other audio devices can be connected via USB or Aux-In.

Your creature comforts are taken care of with reverse cycle heating and cooling to all rooms and living areas.

Bedding and linen are supplied.

For your convenience, a clothes washing machine and a clothes drying machine is provided so that you can do laundry in the comfort of your home away from home.

You will have access to the in-house pool and gym, so feel free to make use of the facilities.

Living over 20 floors above the ground level takes you away from the traffic noise.  Double glazed windows also ensures a good night’s sleep.

As this is a residential tower, parties and functions are strictly forbidden.  It is also a pet free and smoke free environment.

To reserve the dates you want:

  2. Fill in your contact details below the calendar. The primary means of contact will be via email, unless your contact number is local to Melbourne or Australia (eg mobile).
  3. Put as much information into the description field as you need or want. If you have any requirements (dates, phone, internet, check-in times, car park etc), please let us know in advance.
  4. When you have completed the form, click on the “Send” button.
  5. The site will refresh and display that your reservation has been recorded on the system. You may have to reload the site for the calendar to update.

Currently, our site does not send you a confirmation email that your booking request has been received. We are still working on a feedback system.

Pricing

The price is for up to six guests. Car park is included in the price. Price starts from $435 per night. For stays longer than 7 nights, please contact us for better rates.

How to book and booking terms & conditions

  1. TARIFFS – Tariffs are current and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a tariff increase, bookings confirmed by deposit will be honoured at the prevailing tariff at the time of booking.
  2. BOOKINGS – To secure your booking, for stays less than 5 days, a full payment must be received. For all other duration, a deposit of 50% of the total sum booked is required to secure your booking. The balance of monies is due 30 days prior to arrival / check in, in the form of cash, credit card payment, EFT or bank draft.
  3. CANCELLATIONS – In the event of a tenant cancellation for any reason whatsoever, it should be a condition that full refund of the deposit shall be made if cancelled within 30 days of making the booking. All others will be dealt on a case by case basis.
  4. ANIMALS – No animals are permitted in the apartment as it is against
    the Body Corporate Regulations.

  5. SMOKING – Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment as it will set off the smoke and fire alarms.
  6. TELEPHONE &/ INTERNET – If you wish to have a phone number and/or internet access for your stay prior arrangements need to made for the phone to be connected in the tenants name. All costs incurred for the disconnections and re-connections is borne by the tenant.
  7. FUNCTIONS – Our accommodation is for residential purposes only. Functions or parties are strictly prohibited.
  8. OCCUPANTS – It is required to provide the name, age and drivers licence or passport number of all the people staying in the apartment during the occupied time. A maximum of six guests are permitted within this short term accommodation.
  9. DAMAGES – All damages or loss of Cosy Apartment property during your stay will be billed to the person who booked. This includes but is not limited to all items within the apartment, adjoining apartments and keys. Please note, as security is of such a high importance to Cosy Apartment, if you lose any of the keys you will be charged for the cost incurred to change the locks.
